Chief Executive Officer

Eric Thord has led the Vitaprotech Group since 2012. He oversees the company's international development and embodies a strategic vision focused on innovation, sustainable growth, and technological sovereignty in the field of electronic security. Under his leadership, Hirsch has become a pillar of the group's new global model.

Steve Humphreys

Deputy Chief Officer

Steven Humphreys joined Vitaprotech as Deputy CEO in September 2024, following the Group's acquisition of Hirsch. He previously served as CEO of Hirsch (formerly Identiv) since 2015 and as a member of its Board of Directors from 1996 to 2024.
With over 30 years of experience in security technology, he has led several pioneering companies in the fields of access control, digital identities, mobile software applications and RFID solutions.
A graduate of Yale (BS) and Stanford (MS and MBA), he embodies a vision at the intersection of technological excellence and identity protection.

Olivier Reyre

CEO HIRSCH France

Olivier Reyre joined TIL Technologies in 2005, where he rose to the position of CEO. He then joined the Vitaprotech group as Director of the Access Control Business Unit, and became Chief Technical Officer in 2023. He is now taking over as General Manager of HIRSCH in France with the aim of strengthening the brand's development and market position. He has a vision focused on operational excellence, product innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Aurélie Forest

Sales & Marketing Department HIRSCH France

Aurélie FOREST has extensive experience in the electronic security sector, acquired from both integrators (Chubb, Stanley, Onet Sécurité) and manufacturers (Gunnebo, Telem, Dahua). She held various responsibilities in business development, both regionally and with Key Accounts, before taking over the management of sales and operational teams.

In 2024, she joined the Vitaprotech group as Sales Director, where she structured the multi-entity sales organization and developed synergies between the group's brands. She is now appointed to the Direction of Sales and Marketing Department of HIRSCH France, with the mission of strengthening the brand's development on the French market. Her vision is centered on commercial excellence, commitment, customer proximity and the construction of a coherent offer that makes sense for both user customers and integrators in a sustainable manner.
